Forget pot, did you know Michael Phelps was into poker?

By now, you've probably heard about or seen the photo from the News of the World of Michael Phelps inhaling from a bong. He has since released a statement apologizing for the photo and saying, "... I promise my fans and the public it will not happen again."

Frankly, we couldn't care less.

But did you know, that Michael Phelps is an avid poker player? And is, in fact, considering a career in the sport after his swimming days are done.

Rumor has it, he's in talks to become a celebrity pro at Doyle's Room. Stay tuned.
